Account Manager

Streamline communication between Transend’s two sales forces
Work with clients to analyze current supply chain processes and find ways to increase efficiency
Identify opportunities with clients to introduce new transportation services
Conduct business reviews and prepare complex proposals

Customer Sales

Develop relationships with manufacturing companies that ship goods throughout North America
Tailor supply chain solutions that meet clients’ needs
Oversee transition to the Transend account management team
This position is inside and outside sales

Carrier Sales

Develop relationships with transportation companies who align with Transend’s strategy
Negotiate pricing for transactional and contractual business
Oversee orders that are in transit to ensure a timely pick up and delivery
This position is mostly inside sales
